A SAS Environment Manager agent might experience the following error when you try to connect to the SAS Environment Manager server and SAS/SECURE software is configured:

To resolve this problem:

1. Copy the following JAR files from SAS_configuration_directory/Lev1/Web/SASEnvironmentManager/agent-5.0.0-EE/bundles/agent-5.0.0/pdk/lib/saslib to SAS_configuration_directory/Lev1/Web/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.0.0-EE/hq-engine/hq-server/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib:
   • sas.rutil.jar
   • sas.rutil.nls.jar
   • sastpj.rutil.jar
2. Restart the management server.
